Theresa (Kasmer) Davis

Age 87, of Stowe Township, was called to her heavenly home on September 28, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Richard J. Davis; loving and devoted mother of Kathleen (Paul) Rold, Sherry (Bob) Guth, Darryl (Lori) Davis; grandmother of Lauren Davis, Alex Guth, and Katie (Guth) Purcell; sister of Richard Kasmer and the late John Kasmer; aunt to many nieces and nephews. Theresa’s warm heart, vibrant green eyes, and infectious smile touched all who knew her. She spent several years working in the banking industry until deciding to dedicate her life to raising three successful children, whom she loved and adored, along with her grandchildren. Theresa’s passion was gardening, and every flower she planted radiated with beauty. She believed that every flower is a soul blossoming in nature. A longtime member of the Kennedy Township Garden Club, Theresa devoted her time to its various functions and annual plant sale. What Theresa loved most was practicing her Catholic faith and enjoying time with her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her zest of life, unconditional love, and endless devotion to her family. Family and friends may visit SUNDAY, 6-8 PM, at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 334 Forest Grove Rd., Kennedy Twp., where prayers will be offered Monday at 10:30 AM, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Archangel Gabriel Parish / St. Malachy Church, where the service will conclude.
