Robert (Bob) Paul Joseck, age 94 of Sewickley, PA, formerly of Kennedy Township, passed away on September 25, 2023. Bob was born in Stowe Township on July 14, 1929 to Harry and Marie Joseck. Bob is survived by his wife, Ann; married 69 years. He is also survived by son Randy Joseck (Sydney) and daughter Ann Marie (Denny). Bob was the proud “PapPap” to five grandchildren; Kelly Godwin (Chris), Clayton Joseck, Chris Popovec (Precious), Jordan Popovec (Seaniah) and Brandon Popovec (Monique) and three great-grandchildren, William and Ethan Godwin and Sidney Popovec. Bob was brother to Dorothy Petroni, Harry Joseck and Patricia Joseck. After meeting his wife, Ann, at Danceland in West View in their early twenties, Bob was called upon to serve his country. He was a member of the U.S. Army and proudly served his country in the 40 th Infantry Division in the Korean War. Upon his return, Bob and Ann married and raised their family in Kennedy Township where they lived for sixty years before moving to Masonic Village in Sewickley. Bob had a love for cars and trucks and worked as a mechanic at Ward Baking Company and Pepsi before finishing his career as the transportation supervisor for Montour School District retiring in 1990. After retirement, he continued to work into his nineties for apc/ARDMORE as a salesman. Bob was a member of the Masons and Shrine for many years. He and Ann enjoyed many trips and social activities. He was a “Road Runner”, transporting children and their families to Shriners Hospitals. Everyone who knew him knows he was a “social butterfly” and really enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He had a talent for fixing anything from cars to televisions, always did his own yard work and always seemed to be working on a home project when not socializing with family, friends and neighbors. Interment Private. Memorial Service will be held Saturday October 28, 2023 at 11 AM at Masonic Village at Sewickley, 1000 Masonic Drive, Sewickley, PA 15143.
