Richard C. Connor

Richard C. Connor, age 86, of Pittsburgh, on Sunday, February 26, 2023, after a long battle with an illness.  Beloved husband of Virginia (Moore) Connor.  Loving father of Carol (Paul) Meyer, Glenn Connor, Sandra Connor (fiance” Jim), David (Colleen) Connor, Timothy Connor, Debbie Slaney, Alex (Cathy) Slaney, Cheryl (the late Bradley) Rose, and the late Richard J. Connor; brother of Norma Jean (the late Paul) Moore of Knoxville, TN, the late Patricia (Jim) McDowell, Marylou (George) Easley, and Shirley (John) Thorton; also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.  Richard enjoyed spending time at his summer home in Pymatuning.  Relatives and friends received Wednesday 2-8 PM at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 334 Forest Grove Road, Coraopolis (Kennedy Township) PA 15108 where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 8 PM.
