Beloved husband of 32 years to the late Lorraine Serkoch; loving and devoted father to Jenny (Jamie) Matthews and Nina (Eric) Kiray; son of the late Norbert Coyne McDermott and Elizabeth Burke McDermott; Survived by siblings George (Marci) McDermott of Live Oak, CA, Brenda (McDermott) Mack of Pittsburgh and John Brian (Betty) McDermott of Pittsburgh; preceded in death by siblings Norbert McDermott II, Mary Margaret (McDermott) Lott, Thomas, James and William McDermott; Loving grandfather to Isabelle Marie Kiray, Tanner Patrick Matthews and Tyler James Kiray; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends received 2-4 & 6-8 PM WEDNESDAY at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 334 Forest Grove Rd., Kennedy Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM THURSDAY in St. Malachy Church.
