Age 93, of Kennedy Twp., passed mercifully at home on Saturday, April 23, 2016 to join her beloved daughter Bernadette Ferenc and sister Josephine Ivasevic; Beloved wife of 72 years to Thomas; loving mother of Christine (the late Ronald) Macejka, Timothy, Gregory (Denise), Mark and Douglas; dear aunt of Genevieve Antonelli; survived by numerous loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Loretta was a gifted cook, generously providing for her family, friends, St. Malachy School cafeteria lunch program and McKees Rocks M.O.W. She loved playing cards, scrabble, puzzle books and was an Angel to babies and animals. She was a member of St. Malachy Church since 1951.
Family invite you to Celebrate her life from 4:00 - 8:00 PM WEDNESDAY at
McDermott Funeral Home, Inc., 334 Forest Grove Road, Kennedy Twp., where a Catholic Blessing service will be held 10:00 AM THURSDAY. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions be made to Bridges Hospice, 1200 Gulf Lab Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15238.
