Mr. Milton L. Kappert, Sr

Age 75, of Kennedy Twp., passed away on April 30, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Bonnie J. (Klinger); loving father of Thomas M. Kappert, Katie L. Kappert, Sandra (Doug) Hefferan, Deborah (Gary) Rugh, Milton (Michelle) Kappert Jr., Joseph (Darlene) Kappert, Michael Kappert, and the late Cindy Lewis. Survived by a brother, Martin (Sandy) Kappert, and many nieces and nephews. He was a retired volunteer firefighter with 45 years of service between the Kennedy Twp and the Stowe Twp Volunteer Fire Dept. and he was an active member of the Ken Mawr United Presbyterian Church. Family and friends will be received on WEDNESDAY 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC. 334 Forest Grove Rd., Kennedy Twp, where prayers will be offered THURSDAY at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in the Ken Mawr United Presbyterian Church at 10 AM, followed by a Fireman's service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kennedy Twp Volunteer Fire Dept. or to the family.
