Michael R. Nau

Age 86, of Pittsburgh, peacefully passed on June 12, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor; loving father of Michelle Nau, Darlene (Kenneth) Ziemianski, and Michael (Susan) Nau; devoted grandfather of Jennifer (Lee Beatty) Ziemianski, and Joseph Ziemianski; great-grandfather of Sydney and Trenten Beatty. Also survived by brothers, a sister, and cousins.

Michael was a Local #5 electrician for 40 years, a proud Korean War veteran, and an organizer of Silver Sneakers in Greentree.

Family and friends will be received THURSDAY from 2-8 PM at the McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1225 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, where prayers of transfer will be offered at 9:00 AM FRIDAY, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. John of God Parish, St. Mary’s Church at 9:30 AM.
