Marcella Helen Sabol

Marcella Helen Sabol (nee Thomas), age 97, of Bluffton, SC and formerly of McKees Rocks, PA died Monday, February 6, 2017 in Walterboro, SC.

Mrs. Sabol was born on November 26, 1919 in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of the late Paul and Sophia Thomas. She was a graduate and communicant of St. Mark’s Parish. 

Mrs. Sabol was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Anthony Robert Sabol and her sisters, Florence Zurchin, Sophie Kolsun, and Ruth Ondo. She is survived by her son, Anthony John Sabol (Christine); granddaughter, Julie Ann Sabol; nephew, Andrew Zurchin; and niece, Ruth Ann Ondo.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 10, 2017 in the chapel of St. Mark’s Cemetery in McKees Rocks, PA with burial following in the cemetery.
