Kimberly Pascek

Kimberly (Imperata) Pascek, age 55, of Robinson Township, formerly of Shadyside, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.  Beloved wife of 28 years to Mark Pascek; loving mother of Gabriella, Sofia, and Gianna; daughter of Cheryl Imperata and the late Jim Imperata; sister of Eric (Sherry) Imperata.  As a 1989 graduate of The Ohio State University School of Nursing, Kim lived a life of unselfish service as a RN.  Kim started as a Neonatal ICU Nurse at Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh and worked there for many years.  She became a stay-at-home mom for several years and started a family.  She recently was employed by Gateway Rehabilitation Center in Beaver County.  Kim was a softball mom and loved to travel.  She was an avid cook and enjoyed every minute watching cooking channels and making home cooked meals for the family.  Kim was an avid sports fan and could often found watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Steelers.  She will be missed as a grandmother to her cats Essie and Lincoln.  Relatives and friends received Tuesday 1-3 & 6-8 PM at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 334 Forest Grove Road, Coraopolis (Kennedy Township) PA 15108.  Funeral prayer Wednesday 10:30 AM at the funeral home followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Malachy Church, 343 Forest Grove Road, Kennedy Township.  Donations in Kimberly’s memory may be made to Animals Friends, 526 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 or www.thinkingoutsidethecage.org
