Joseph P Yeager, Jr.

Joseph “Joe” Yeager, Jr., long-time resident of Kennedy Township, peacefully passed away on May 24, 2021 at the age of 71. Beloved husband to Carol Yeager (Coppler), Dadso to Joseph Yeager, III (Vanessa) and Bonny Yeager (Joel Laudenslager), and Gampy to Natalie and Katie Yeager. Loving brother to Bob Yeager (Tami), Ginny Weisman (Jim), Mark Yeager (Terry), and Kim Roberts (John), he also leaves behind nephews, nieces, and a crew of fun-loving New Jersey/Delaware cousins whom he loved dearly.

His loved ones will remember him  as a talented mechanic and handyman. Joe could fix just about anything and he loved learning about how things worked. Always with an inquisitive mind, he had a gift for striking up conversations with people around town and during his travels. With his calm, gentle presence and easy smile, Joe had a knack for making you feel special. His quiet friendship and love will be missed.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 12:30 PM at Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Malachy Church with entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Masks are not required for those who are fully vaccinated.
