Age 87, of Kennedy Twp., passed on Sunday, December 23, 2018.  Beloved husband of Alice (Bowers) Barker; loving father of Joseph, Rhett “Marty” (Kathy), Diane (Tony), Linda, Richard (Colleen), Denise (Richard), Kevin (Mary Lou), Dennis (Rose) and the late Mary Smith; also fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.  Mr. Barker was a 43 year employee of the Columbia Gas company.

Family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 PM WEDNESDAY at the McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 334 Forest Grove Rd., Kennedy Twp. where prayers of transfer will be 11:00 AM THURSDAY, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 PM at St. John of God Parish, the Church of St. Mary’s.
