John C. Sullivan

John Sullivan, age 95, of Kennedy Township, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at the Wexford Healthcare Center. He was born in Pittsburgh on March 22, 1928. Beloved husband of 71 years to the late Dorothy "Jean" Sullivan. Loving father of David (Shirley) Sullivan, Sharon (Bradley) Capan, and the late John E. Sullivan who passed away in 2013; cherished grandfather of Brad (Rochelle) Capan, Jr., Staci (Mark) Scarantino, Lesly (Steve) Kasky, Keith Sullivan, and Scott Sullivan; great-grandfather of Emma, Maddox and Mila. John enjoyed over the years, ham radios, computers, facebook, and texting. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Relatives and friends received Wednesday, January 24 from 4-7 PM at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 334 Forest Grove Road, Coraopolis (Kennedy Township), PA 15108. Funeral prayer Thursday, January 25, 2024 9:30 AM at the funeral home followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Malachy Church, 343 Forest Grove Road, Kennedy Township. Interment to follow in The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 12:30 PM.
