Harold F., SR.

Age 86, of Robinson Twp., on Thursday, June 15, 2017. Beloved husband of Mary (Angelo);

Loving father of Wayne (Kimberly), Mark (Linda) and Harold Jr. (Judy Anderson); grandfather

Of Jennifer (Christopher) Reilsono and Kevin Honath; great grandfather of Rocco and Enzo Reilsono;

Brother of Elmer C. (Dorothy) Honath; brother in law of Carmen (Ann) Angelo; also survived by nieces and nephews.

Harold received a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and was elected to the Chi Epsilon, Sigma Tau, and Tau Beta Pi honor societies.  He enjoyed a distinguished 40-year career with Pittsburgh-Des Moines Steel Company where his work centered on the design of wind tunnels (for testing supersonic and hypersonic aircraft), vacuum chambers (for studying satellites), and cryogenic vessels (for liquefied gas storage and transportation).  During his career, Harold travelled the world and received four patents.  He retired in 1993.  Harold was an accomplished woodworker and avid golfer, and was a 50-year member of the Free and Accepted Masons, Lodge No. 725.  Family will receive friends

2-4 & 6-8 PM SUNDAY at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 334 Forest Grove Rd., Kennedy Twp.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM MONDAY in the Ascension Lutheran Church, Robinson Twp.
