Truly a great friend and neighbor who will be really missed and was always there to lend a helping hand when needed --- to the family, just remember those we love don't go away, they will continue to walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.

Frank was a truly inspirational co-worker and always the classiest of men. He was the type of Officer we all strived to be. He'll be missed by all who knew him.
