Elisabeth was one beautiful person, and was a person (one-of- a-kind) that is hard to find now a days. She worked tirelessly; shopping, scheduling, organizing, peeling potatoes, onions, making dough, teaching how to pinch pieroghi's properly, and then packing them for sale. She took control and did a fantastic job. Her main goal was always to work for the needs of the parish and her gift (and she was good at it) was to raise money. It would be interesting if anyone actually counted all of the hours that she put into these projects and how much the total financial income for St. Malachy's amounted to. May God Bless her and reward her in abundance for all of her good and tireless endeavors.

I imagine Elisabeth is up in heaven with all our family of church workers telling them how to work harder and save money. She never asked you to do anything she wouldn't do from working bingo, dinners, pierogies, fish fry etc. I'll always remember her without fondness. Some saw her as crabby but she was often times physically tired. God bless and my prayers are with you. B

I have many great memories of my Aunt Elisabeth. How She and Uncle Bill always came to our house for Christmas dinner, all the great cookies she made and the warm winter hats she knitted for me over the years which some I still use. And she loved working out in her garden and taking walks.

Sid did a lot of things at her church like making the pierogies for the festival and knitted hats and mittens for the first graders.

She had a big heart and was a very giving person. I will always hold a special place in my heart for her. She will be greatly missed.

God Bless You Aunt Elsiabeth

Elizabeth made the pierogies but she didn't eat them, and so help you if you didn't pinch them right. Do it over she would say. It was a blessing to share time with her and listen to her stories. May she rest in peace. Linda and Bernie
