Eileen M. Downey

Age 91, of Alpharetta, GA, formerly of Fort Myers, FL and McKees Rocks, passed away on April 22, 2017. Eileen was the wife of the late William T. “Bill” Downey, Jr., the loving mother of William T. “Bill” (Anne L.) Downey, III, of Alpharetta, GA; devoted grandmother of Matthew (fiancé Angeles Rodriguez) Downey and Megan (William Andrew “Drew”) Harper; great-grandmother of Merritt Layne Harper; also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces, and grand nephews. Friends will be received TUESDAY from 4-8pm at the McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1225 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, where prayers will be offered WEDNESDAY at 9:00am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. John of God Parish, St. Mary’s Church at 9:30am.
