Carol A. Misner

Carol A. (Hemma) Misner, age 78, of Kennedy Township, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.  Beloved wife of 36 years to James W. Misner.  Loving mother of Gary Duncan (Philip King) and Janice Lynn Duncan Cooper; sister of Michael J. (Phyllis) Lechmanik, Eve A. Sisko, and the late David P.
